About the conference The goal of the forum is to provide a lively informal venue where a variety of questions and ideas regarding Indigenous Management Practices be presented and discussed by academics, research scholars and other professionals in an interdisciplinary and creative environment. The focus will be on the current management concepts within the context of practical problems. The conference is for the academicians, researchers, students, and for corporates having special interest in their research and practice to share their experience and knowledge. The conference will bring their creative ideas to a common platform. The research articles of the conference will be published in leading journals and an edited volume.
